The City of Bozeman (Contractor) and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
mutually agree to modify DEQ Contract #210080. The purpose of 210080 is for the "Recycling
is Elementary: Bozeman Public School District Partnership" project.
Contractor and DEQ mutually agree to modify 210080 by extending project completion date,
1. Section 2 entitled "EFFECTIVE DATE, DURATION, AND RENEWAL" is modified as
follows:
"This Contract shall take effect upon signature of both parties, with the effective date
being the later of the two signatures, and terminate on Pebruary 29, 201 Au-qust 31,
2011, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Contract. (§ 18-4 -
313 MCA.)."
All other terms and conditions remain as previously stated or modified.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, Contractor and DEQ have executed this Modification I of 210080 on
the dates set out below.
