Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres)
Authorize the City Manager, on behalf of the City Commission, to sign a letter from the Gallatin Mental Health Local Advisory Council requesting the Streamline Bus Service entertain
and consider a change in the Streamline route(s) to include the Mental Health Center Campus on Farmhouse Lane (Wordal)
Award Banking Services Contract to US Bank (Clark)
*Consider a motion approving Consent items D. 1-3 as listed above.

Bozeman Municipal Code (Krueger)
*Conduct a Public Hearing.

*Having heard and considered Public Comment, consider a motion to Provisionally adopt Ordinance No. 1802, Residential Emphasis Mixed Use Zoning District and Associated Zone Text Amendments
No. Z-09241 to Title 18,Unified Development Ordinance, Bozeman Municipal Code and incorporate the findings in the Staff Report.
Appointment to the Tourism Business Improvement District Board of Trustees (Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing one new member to the Bozeman Tourism Business
Improvement District (BTBID) Board of Trustees.
