A. Call to Order – 4:30 PM
B. Public Comment – Please state your name and address for the record. This provides the public with the
opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NSURB. An opportunity will be
provided for the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3
minutes.
A. Meeting Minutes –Discuss and approve meeting minutes from March 3 meeting
B. Discussion Items
• Natalie Meyer and/or Hattie Baker bring you up to date on the Community Climate Action Plan; specifically,
how it will effect building requirements
• N7Rehab applications and presentations (Thorpe)
• Phase II improvements RFP status (Johnson)
• MDT Overpass meeting on March 22 update (Thorpe, Solvie, Lonsdale)
• Bus Shelter Update (Hedglin)
• 6’ sidewalk at N7 and Griffin – followup (Thorpe)
• Website update (Thorpe)
• SILD research status (Thorpe)
• Bobcat blue color option for lightpoles; confirm on RPF for engineers to do perspective drawing with both
black and bobcat blue colorings before followup color vote; the District plan states that the light fixture
“color and material should be similar to that used downtown”
MSU’s official blue is Pantone color id# PMS 287
C. Action Items
• Consider a motion approving N7Rehab grants
• Consider a motion to accept the Phase II lighting design selection committee's recommendation and direct
staff to begin negotiation with the selected firm
