Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service for Work at the Vehicle
The terms and conditions of the current contract for custodial services between the City of Bozeman
and Dust Bunnies Cleaning services will remain the same. The dollar amount paid each month will
increase beginning Tuesday, February 1, 2011, to reflect the increase in service for cleaning of the
common areas at the Vehicle Maintenance Shop and HRDC Bus Barn.
The charges for the Vehicle Maintenance Shop and HRDC Bus Barn will be $480.00, monthly, and
$5,760.00 annually. The areas to be cleaned under the agreement for the new facility include the two
restrooms, break room, and common hallways.
The current cleaning contract has 4 months left, ending June 30, 2011. As per the terms of the contract,
staff intends to propose that the contract be extended for the two year term as allowed in the current
contract.
The cost for the cleaning services will be split with the Human Resources Development Council on a 50%
/ 50% basis, The city will be billed for $240.00 monthly and HRDC will be billed $240.00 monthly.
