SUBJECT: Approval for a Beer & Wine License for Kepa LLC DBA Seven Sushi to
sell Liquor at 270 W Kagy Blvd, Ste C.
MEETING DATE: February 28, 2011
RECOMMENDATION: Approval for Kepa LLC DBA Seven Sushi to sell Beer & Wine at
270 W Kagy Blvd., Ste C. They are in the process with the State of Montana and have not
received a license from the State of Montana (#06-715-3199-402) which will expire 06/30/2011.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has an application from the Montana Liquor Control
Board (#06-715-3199-402). The license will not be issued until we have a copy of the State
license.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
