January 2 1991
The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in special session in the Conference
Room, Municipal Building, January z 1991 at 5:15 p.m. Present were Mayor Hawks,
Commissioner Gomhrung Commissioner Frost Commissioner Swanson, Commissioner Knapp'
City Manager Wysocki and Clark of the Commission Sullivan.
Signing f Notice of Special Meeui
The Mayor requested that each of the Commissioners sign the Notice of Special Com-
mission Meeting. Each Commissioner signed the Notice in turn.
Executive session re personnel
Mayor Hawks stated this is the time set for evaluation of the City Manager. He
them stated that, pursuant to Section 2-3-203(3) Montana Code Anmntatod, be as presid-
ing officer, has determined' that the right to privacy clearly exceeds the merits of public
disclosure. He further noted that the individual involved has not waived his right to pri-
vacy.
At 5:22 p.m.' Mayor Hawks called an executive session for the purpose of eva|uat-
tn0 the City Manager and requested that all persons vxoec* the Commissioners, City Man-
ager Wysocki and the Clerk leave the rvmn.
At 7:58 p.m'' Mayor Hawks closed the executive session and reconvened the open
meeting.
Adjournment - 7:58 p.m.
There bring no further business to unmn before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Knapp' seconded by Commissioner Goehrung' that the meeting be
adjourned. The motion, carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being
Commissioner Knapp, Commissioner Goahrung, Commissioner Frost, Commissioner Swanson
and Mayor Hawks/ those voting No, none.
