*Consider a motion authorizing the absence of Commissioner Becker.
Minutes – January 10th and January 24th, 2011
*Consider a motion approving the January 10th and January 24th minutes as submitted.
Consent
Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
Authorize Mayor to Execute Substitutions of Trustee, Consent to Modifications, and Authorize Trustee to Enter into Subordination Agreements with the Montana Board of Housing for Trust
Indentures with Bozeman Interfaith Housing II, Inc. (Sullivan)
*Consider a motion approving consent items 1 and 2 as listed above.

2010-2011 Work Plan Update and Development of 2011-2012 Goals (Kukulski)
*Consider reviewing the 2010-2011 Work Plan Update and use it as a tool to help Develop and Set the Goals for 2011-2012.
Cemetery Discussion (Ron Dingman)
*Consider staff presentation and engage in discussion regarding the Cemetery.
Discussion of Development of the Budget for Fiscal Year 2012 (Rosenberry)
*Discuss and provide direction to staff regarding the Commission’s preferred policy, meeting times, and agenda items for development of the City’s annual budget for the coming fiscal
year.
(Re)Appointments to the Planning Board (Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing up to two new members to the Planning Board.
AND
*Consider a motion confirming the Mayoral re-appointment of Bill Quinn as the County representative to the Planning Board.
AND
*Consider a motion confirming a Mayoral appointment to the Planning Board.
Appointments to the Zoning Commission (Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing up to two new members to the Zoning Commission.
