C.Consent a.Approve minutes from 1/4/2011 meeting D.Discussion a.Update on Aspen Street Pedestrian Bridge: New cost estimates (Thorpe/Johnson) b.Update on Trail construction projects: N. Church Ave and Aspen Street (Thorpe) c.District Neighborhood Plan (aka Visioning Document) – Board member proposals for revisions and page omissions. Detailed discussion on request for revisions to be completed by MSU Community Design Center (Thorpe/Nelson) d.Update on Preserve America grant application (Thorpe) e.Update on the Brewery wall and City Commission decision (Thorpe) f.Board member recruitment E.Action Items a.Consider a motion approving the professional services agreement with Morrison-Maierle for engineering services for Peach Street within the District.
