This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Special Presentation – Plaque and Certificate of Appreciation presented by the American Legion Post 14 (Len Albright / American Legion) Action Items Resolution No. 4308, In support of Gallatin College (Kukulski) Materials to follow *Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4308, a resolution in support of Gallatin College. Bozeman Brewery Continuance (Kramer/Bristor) *Consider a motion granting a stay of demolition of the Bozeman Brewery Building for six months from today, after which the property owner may request a demolition permit, with demolition completed in accordance with City Staff’s recommended conditions of approval. Mitchell Impact Fee Credit Request and Appeal No. IFCR-0601 (Saunders) Materials provided by applicant *Conduct hearing of impact fee credit request and associated appeal and make motions as necessary. Re-appointment to the City-County Board of Health (Kissel) *Consider a motion re-appointing up to one member to the City-County Board of Health. 5. Appointments to the Board of Ethics (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing up to two new members to the Board of Ethics. 6. (Re) Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing or re-appointing up to four applicants to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board. 7. (Re) Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing or re-appointing up to three applicants to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board. H.
