LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS EXTENSION, made and entered into this 21" day of December, 2010
by and between The City of Bozeman, Bozeman, Montana 59715,
hereinafter referred to as "City" and Sage Creek Investments, LLC with a
mailing address of 2023 Stadium Drive, Suite 2B, Bozeman, Montana 59715
hereinafter referred to as "Lessor."
The City wishes to extend the lease dated December 27 201 for a period

of (1) year. The lease will total $5,564.90 and is due December 27 , 2010.
The (1) year extension will terminate December 26, 201 The 3% increase
will be waived for this extension. All other terms and conditions will be the
same as the original lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this instrument to
be duly executed the day and year first above written.
