department……..the commission slashed $15,000 from the divisions’
contracted services budget ……That translates to relying on the police
and fire divisions to secure the buildings when they are available.
The CIP irrigation system ($35,000) at the Story Mansion was also
eliminated from the budget this year
We have started the CIP (Capital Improvement Program) process for FY
12-FY16- which identifies any equipment, projects or infrastructure
that is needed that has a value of $10,000 or more and a useful life of
one year or more.
