Phase 1 (Skelton)
3. Approval 2011 Liquor License Renewals (Neibauer)
4. Approve the Certification of Delinquent City Assessments to the Gallatin
County Treasurer as submitted (Clark)
5. Approve Resolution No. 4305, authorizing City Manager to sign Change
Order No. 18 for the Lower Yard Vehicle Maintenance and HRDC Bus
Barn (Goehrung)
6. Approve the Building Division Monthly report detailing the Financial and
Workload Position of the Building Inspection Division for the Month of
November, Fiscal Year 2011 (Risk)

I. Action Items
1. Presentation of Audit on Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2010
(LaMeres)
*Consider a motion accepting the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and
results of the financial audit for fiscal year 2010 along with accompanying reports.
2. Re-appointments to the Cemetery Advisory Board (Kissel)
*Consider a motion re-appointing up to four members to the Cemetery Advisory Board.
