SUBJECT: Approval for a nonprofit Liquor License for Bridger Clinic Inc to sell
Liquor at 111 S Grand Ave.
MEETING DATE: December 13, 2010
RECOMMENDATION: Approval for Bridger Clinic Inc to sell Liquor at 111 S Grand Ave.
They have complied with state laws and have received a license from the State of Montana
(#438P) good February 4 and ends February 5, 2011.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has an application from the Montana Liquor Control
Board (#438P).
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
