REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commission

SUBJECT: Approval of the Beer & Wine or Liquor License renewals for calendar
year 2011.
MEETING DATE: December 13, 2010
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the attached list for renewal of their Liquor Licenses or Beer
& Wine Licenses for calendar year 2011. They have complied with state laws and have
completed the City’s application as required.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may grant a license to sell Beer & Wine or Liquor
(Bozeman Municipal Code 5.12.030 and 5.52.020) upon receipt of a completed city application,
and this license must be renewed annually.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
