2. Authorize City Manager to sign Addendum to Emergency Management
Coordinator and Hazardous Materials contract for Interim County Rural
Fire Chief (Shrauger)
3. Authorize Mayor to sign the Preserve America sub-grant application
through the Montana State Historic Preservation Office (Kramer)
4. Authorize City Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Montana
Department of Transportation for a MPDES Small MS4 Storm Water
Discharge Co-Permit (Johnson)
5. Authorize City Manager to sign a Professional Services Agreement with
Gaston Engineering & Surveying for a Pedestrian Bridge Feasibility Study
(Johnson)
6. Approve Liquor License Renewals for 2011 (Neibauer)
7. Approve Resolution No. 4303, authorizing City Manager to sign Change
Order No. 17 in the amount of $5,873.05 for the Lower Yard Vehicle

10. Approve Resolution No. 4302, granting approval of the Howie/Grigsby
Tax Abatement for Historic Preservation, Certificate of Appropriateness
Application No. Z-10260 (Kramer)
11. Approve nonprofit liquor license to Bridger Clinic Inc for Sweet Tooth
Ball, February, 2011 (Neibauer)
12. Adopt the Wastewater Fund within the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP)
for Fiscal Year 2012-2016 (Rosenberry)
13. Adopt the Water Fund within the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) for
Fiscal Year 2012-2016 (Rosenberry)
14. Finally Adopt Ordinance No. 1795, amending Chapter 2.78 of the
Bozeman Municipal Code providing for membership changes and
confirming additional duties and responsibilities for the Bozeman Area
Bicycle Advisory Board (Van Delinder)
*Consider a motion approving consent items F. 1-13 as listed above.
G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice
for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling
within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that
item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
H. Action Items
1. Request for Sewer Service Outside of City Limits from Jeff Brandner,
1118 Bridger Drive (Hixson)
*Consider a motion allowing the owner of 1118 Bridger Drive to connect this residence
to the city sewer system prior to annexation, subject to the conditions listed on the related
memorandum.
2. Community Transportation Enhancement Project (CTEP)
Recommendations for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 (Dingman)
*Consider a motion approving the Community Transportation Enhancement Projects for
Fiscal years 12 and 13 as recommended, authorizing staff to make application to CTEP
for all approved projects.
3. 2011 Legislative Discussion (Kukulski)
*Review related information as a starting point to discuss issues that will likely arise
during the 2011 legislative session.
4. Presentation of Parts of the Recommended Capital Improvements Plan
(CIP) for FY2012-2016 - Impact Fee Funds (Rosenberry)

*Consider staff presentation and public comment and then direct staff regarding
presentation of adoption.
5. Appointment to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee (Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing one new member to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
