This Contract Amendment is entered into by the City of Bozeman, Bozeman, Montana
(hereinafter the "Grantee"), and the Montana Department of Commerce, Helena,
Montana (the Department),
The Grantee and the Department mutually agree to amend Contract #STMGF-60-MP-
013 (the Contract), signed and executed by them on November 16, 2009 as follows:
1, Exhibit A Project Budget— Amended, Exhibit A as amended, attached hereto
and specifically incorporated herein by this reference, supersedes all previous
versions of Exhibit A.
2. All other provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.

RE: Request for Budget Amendnient
Dear Ms. Dalton:
The City of Bozernan would like to request a budget amendment to our HB 645 Infr - astructure
Project Grant.
The ADA Pedestrian Ramp Improvement Project came in well under budget after two attempts
to solicit bids. We are pleased that we were able to complete more ADA pedestrian ramps than
initially planned, but we still have $16,767.09 remaining in the budget, In addition, we did not
spend $370 from the Bogert Park Tennis/Basketball Court budget. We wish to apply the surplus
balance of S 17,137.23 towards the Bogert Park Sidewalk Replacement (S2,372.47) and the City
Vehicle Maintenance Shop ($14,764,76). Both projects have incurred additional eligible
expenses that exceed the amount budgeted in the original grant. We propose the following
revised budget (next page):
