ITEM 1.CALL TO ORDER ITEM 2. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. NURD Trail Addition & Improvements Sketch Plan#Z-10295 (Thorpe/Johnson) * The Northeast Urban Renewal Board is proposing pedestrian facility improvements to include trail widening and bench and picnic table installations for the N. Church Avenue right-of-way between E. Cottonwood and Tamarack Streets and a new section of trail, bench installations and tree plantings within the E. Aspen Street right-of-way approximately 140 feet east of N. Wallace Avenue terminating at N. Ida Avenue. ITEM 3. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Bozeman Brewery Demo Mods to FSP #Z-07145A (Bristor/Johnson) 801 & 803 North Wallace Avenue * A modification to an approved Final Site Plan application to allow the demolition of the existing buildings on the site with related site grading. (Opened and continued from 10/27/10.) ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Spring Creek Village Resort MaSub Pre-App #P-10015 (Riley/Murray) Northwest of the intersection of Huffine Lane and Ferguson Avenue * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 31.0275 acres into 95 lots for (UMU) Urban Mixed Use District development and 11 park/open space lots. 2. Spring Creek Village Resort Concept PUD #Z-10290 (Skelton/Murray) Northwest of the intersection of Huffine Lane and Ferguson Avenue * A Concept Planned Unit Development Application to allow the UMU (Urban Mixed Use District) development of 31.0275 acres to occur in phases governed by development guidelines. ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Buffalo Restoration SP/COA #Z-10301 (Riley/Johnson) 555 Manley Road * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of an 8,440 sq. ft. shop/office building with related site improvements. ITEM 6. PUBLIC COMMENT – (15 – 20 minutes) {Limited to any public matter, within the jurisdiction of the Development Review Committee, not on this agenda.
