American Indian Institute SP/COA/DEV #Z-10273 (Thorpe/Johnson) 502 West Mendenhall Street * A Site Plan Certificate of Appropriateness with a Deviation Application to allow the re-use of an existing residential structure zoned B-2 (Community Business District) for non-profit organization offices with a request for deviations to corner side and side yard setbacks. 2. Bozeman Brewery Demo Mods to FSP #Z-07145A (Bristor/Johnson) 801 & 803 North Wallace Avenue * A modification to an approved Final Site Plan application to allow the demolition of the existing buildings on the site with related site grading. (Second of a two week review.) 3. Loyal Garden Warehouse Site Improvements SP/COA #Z-10283 (Saunders/Johnson) 860 Winnow Circle * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the paving of existing parking and driveway facilities as well as the installation of additional parking with related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.) 4. Meadow Creek MaSub Ph. 2A Pre-App #P-10014 (Skelton/Murray) th West of South 19 Avenue between Graf Street and Blackwood Road * A Major Subdivision Application to allow the subdivision of 10.65 acres into 34 lots for R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) development. ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Spring Creek Village Resort MaSub Pre-App #P-10015 (Riley/Murray) Northwest of the intersection of Huffine Lane and Ferguson Avenue * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 31.0275 acres into 95 lots for (UMU) Urban Mixed Use District development and 11 park/open space lots. 2. Spring Creek Village Resort Concept PUD #Z-10290 (Skelton/Murray) Northwest of the intersection of Huffine Lane and Ferguson Avenue * A Concept Planned Unit Development Application to allow the UMU (Urban Mixed Use District) development of 31.0275 acres to occur in phases governed by development guidelines.
