the re-use of an existing residential structure zoned B-2 (Community Business
District) for non-profit organization offices with a request for deviations to
corner side and side yard setbacks.

* A modification to an approved Final Site Plan application to allow the demolition
of the existing buildings on the site with related site grading. (Second of a two
week review.)

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the paving
of existing parking and driveway facilities as well as the installation of additional
parking with related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.)

* A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 31.0275 acres
into 95 lots for (UMU) Urban Mixed Use District development and 11 park/open
space lots.
2. Spring Creek Village Resort Concept PUD #Z-10290
(Skelton/Murray)
Northwest of the intersection of Huffine Lane and Ferguson Avenue
* A Concept Planned Unit Development Application to allow the UMU (Urban
Mixed Use District) development of 31.0275 acres to occur in phases governed
by development guidelines.
