SUBJECT: Approval for a non-profit Liquor License for Bioregional Out Reach
Network sell Liquor at 111 S Grand Ave, Ste 217.
MEETING DATE: October 18, 2010
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a non-profit liquor license for Bioregional Out Reach
Network to sell Liquor at 111 S Grand Ave., Ste 217. They have submitted an application to the
State of Montana Liquor Division but have not received their license.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has mailed an application to the Montana Liquor
Control Board.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
