allow the construction of a 59,870 sq. ft. Safeway Grocery store with a Deviation
request to increase the allowable amount of parking by 20%.

* A Site Plan Certificate of Appropriateness with a Deviation Application to allow
the re-use of an existing residential structure zoned B-2 (Community Business
District) for non-profit organization offices with a request for less than the
required number of parking spaces on site.

* An Informal Application for advice and comment on the re-use of an existing
