Safeway Grocery store with a Deviation request to increase the allowable amount of parking by 20%. ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. American Indian Institute SP/COA/DEV #Z-10273 (Thorpe/Johnson) 502 West Mendenhall Street * A Site Plan Certificate of Appropriateness with a Deviation Application to allow the re-use of an existing residential structure zoned B-2 (Community Business District) for non-profit organization offices with a request for less than the required number of parking spaces on site. ITEM 4. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Zā€™s Old World Foods Informal #I-10014 (Kramer/Heaston) 714 East Mendenhall Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the re-use of an existing structure located in a B-2 (Community Business District) for humus manufacturing and a mobile concession commissary.
