Investment Company, a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Washington and licensed to do business in the State of :�ontana in
consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred and no/100 Dollars ( $1, 100.00) , the
receipt whereof is hereby admitted, does hereby grant , bargain, sell, convey ,
warrant and confirm unto the City of Bozeman, Montana and to its successors and
assigns , FO:HEVER, the following described real property, situated in the city or
town of Bozeman County of Gallatin, State of Yont ana, to-wit:
Lots One ( 1) to Ten ( 10) and Lots Thirteen ( 13) to Twenty-four (24) , inclusive ,

$1. 30 revenue stamps duly attached and canceled.
TOGETHER, with all and singular the tenements ; hereditaments , and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And the said GRANTOh hereby covenants that it will forever WARRANT and
DEFEND all right , title , and interest in and to said premises , and the quiet and
peaceable possession thereof , unto the said GRANTEE , its successors and assigns ,
against the acts and deeds of said grantor , and all and every person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same . •
