*The Mayor may close to the public all or portions of this meeting pursuant to Sect. 2-3-
203(4)(a), MCA, if the Mayor finds the meeting involves a discussion of litigation
strategy and an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of
the City.

2. Approve Request for one-year extension of Preliminary Plat Approval No.
P-08008, Mandeville Major Subdivision (Riley)
3. Conditionally approve the Bozeman Senior Center Bus Stop Certificate of
Appropriateness, Application No. Z-10056 with staff's recommended
conditions and code provisions (Bristor)

district no. 712 for Cottonwood Road.
2. Resolution No. 4290, Annual Assessment of the Tourism Business
Improvement District (Shannon) (Moved from September 27, 2010)
*Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4290, annual assessment of the Tourism
Business Improvement District.
3. Residential Emphasis Mixed Use (REMU) Zoning Code Amendment No.
Z-09241 Work Session (Krueger)
*Consider the presented information and provide input on the development of the REMU
zone and staff questions outlined in the staff report.
4. Policy Development on Advertising Signage on Municipal Property
(Burns)
*Consider options for advertising on municipal property and direct staff towards policy
development.
5. Appointment to the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board
(Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing one new member to the Community Affordable Housing
Advisory Board as a representative of an organization that supports the availability of
low and moderate income housing.
6. Appointment to the Community Alcohol Coalition (Kissel)
*Consider a motion appointing one new member to the Community Alcohol Coalition as
a representative of law enforcement.
