C.Consent a.Approve minutes from 09/07/10 meeting D.Discussion a.Brewery Building-Application for Demolition, background and status (Bristor) b.Infrastructure Budget , project development and RFP(Thorpe/Johnson) c.Aspen Street Pedestrian Bridge: RFP-Proposals received (Wesley-Wiese/Thorpe/Johnson) d.Depot Trail Pocket Park maintenance (Thorpe /Wesley-Weiss) e.Trail construction projects: N. Church Ave and Aspen Street (Nelson) f.District Neighborhood Plan (aka Visioning Document) revisions: prepare request for revisions to be completed by MSU Community Design Center (Thorpe/Nelson) g.Preserve America Grant (Thorpe) h.Distribution and Verification of the newly printed Ethics Handbook to ALL citizen advisory board members i.Board member recruitment E.Action Items a.Consider a motion forwarding a recommendation of approval or denial to the City Commisssion for the Brewery Building Demolition F.Adjournment NURB meetings are open to the public.
