COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3641
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AUTHORIZING SALE OR TRANSFER OF STOCKS, BONDS OR
OTHER SECURITIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman receives donations of stocks from time to time for specific
uses; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman wishes to sell those stocks and earmark those proceeds for
the purposes for which they were donated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that Miral D. Gamradt, Administrative Services Director, and Laurae Clark, Treasurer, for the
City of Bozeman, are hereby authorized to sell, assign and endorse for transfer, certificates representing
stocks, bonds or other securities now registered or hereinafter registered in the name of this
governmental entity and to place those proceeds in Account No. 22146127 at D.A.Davidson & Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 5th day of January 2004.
