Loyal Garden ZMA #Z-10240 (Skelton/Heaston) 870 & 880 Winnow Circle * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from R-O (Residential Office District) to B-2 (Community Business District) on 3.2 acres. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 3. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. Costco Underground Fuel Tank Mods to FSP #Z-07012A (Krueger/Heaston) 2505 Catron Street * A request for a modification to an approved Final Site Plan to allow the installation of an underground fuel tank with related site improvements. ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Baxter Meadows ZMA #Z-10244 (Saunders/Murray) Baxter Lane/Davis Lane * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from B-2 (Community Business District) to R-4 (Residential High Density District) on 44 acres. 2. Altemus/Salter CUP/DEV #Z-10241 (Bristor/Johnson) th 15-17 South 5 Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Deviation Application to allow the continued use of offices on the property with less than the required number of parking spaces. 3. Safeway SP/COA/DEV #Z-10239 (Krueger/Johnson) 1735 West Main Street * A Site Plan Application with a Certificate of Appropriateness and a Deviation to allow the construction of a 59,870 sq. ft. Safeway Grocery store with a Deviation request to increase the allowable amount of parking by 20%. ITEM 4.
