COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3651
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CHANGING THE TIME OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
WHEREAS, Commission Resolution No. 3427, adopted on the 5th day of March 2001, set the
time of regular meetings of the City Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Monday of each month to conduct the
routine matters, and 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month for all public hearings and
public interest matters; and
WHEREAS, Commission Resolution No. 3509, adopted on the 11 th day of February 2002, set
the time of regular meetings of the City Commission at 3:00 p.m. on the second, fourth and fifth Monday
of each month to conduct the routine matters, and 7:00 p.m. on the first four Mondays of each month for
all public hearings and public interest matters; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting held on the 20th day of January 2004, the Commissioners expressed
a desire to change the starting time of its meetings to better respond to needs of both the public and the
Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
That the starting time of regular meetings of the City Commission be changed t07:00 p.m. on
the first four Mondays of each month to conduct the routine matters, public hearings and public interest
matters. Whenever a legal holiday falls on a Monday, the regular meeting time shall commence on the
next business day at 7:00 p.m.
This new start time shall be effective with the February 17,2004, Commission meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 26th day of January 2004.
