The Contractor has therefore requested funds te replace this quantity of dirt (CP#10) Work done in accordance with CCD #1 and CIP #4 was based on an estimated quantity of fill dirt for the building footings after the original excavation procedures were modified due tu poor and/or unknown soil conditions.
