Reason for change: Because the final foundation design could not bo completed until final steel building load calculations were provided, there were some minor nlodifioadonnto pier and footing sizes oom result of the final load calculations, The resulted in increased concrete, rebar and excavation costs. The footing rebar for the City of Bozeman's vehicle lift was also found to be inadequate upon final review of the product specifications, which resulted in increased rebar being placed in the footing. (CP #19) Therefore, the City of Bozeman is solely responsible for $225 in rebar, and the balance of the proposal, $11,668.54, is split evenly between owners, Attachment(s): CP# 19 Email from BNB delineating separate cost for vehicle lift nnbar Total Contract Sum Adiuohnent The original ContraoSumwas The net change by previously authorized Change Orders 38,448A9 The Contract Sum prior no this Change Order was The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order by the amount cd $ The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $ City of Bozeman Contract Sum Adiustment: The original Contract Sum was The net change by previously authorized Change Orders The Contract Sum prior 0o this Change Order was The Contract Sum will bm increased by this Change Order by the amount of (50.Q%of Total Change Order) The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be HRDC Contract Sum Ad'ustment: The original Contract Sum was The net change by previously authorized Change Orders The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was The Contract Sum will ueincreased by this Change Order by the amount of (49,1Y4of Total Change Order) The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $ 883,210-96 $ 889,045.23 Contract Time Adoustment: The Contract Time will ba increased by zero 0) days, The date ofSubstantial Completion mmmf the date cf this Change Order therefore is: Aggust. 15, 201 JOINT OWNER CHANGE ORDER C.O. #1 Not valid until signed by Architect, Contractor, and Owners.
