COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3654
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, DESIGNATING THE CITY GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR AS THE
ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFYING OFFICER.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has received an appropriation of $178,800 in federal funds for
remediation of the City property located at 626 East Main Street; and
WHEREAS, receipt of these appropriated monies and other federal grant monies for this and
other projects is subject to the submittal to, and approval by the granting federal agency, of a certified
environmental review; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to designate the City Grants Administrator as the City's
Environmental Certifying Officer to ensure the necessary environmental documentation is prepared,
submitted to, and approved by the applicable federal agencies in a timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
Section 1
That the City Grants Administrator be designated as the Environmental Certifying Officer for the
City of Bozeman for current and future federally funded projects requiring environmental review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular
session thereof held on the 9th day of February 2004.
