COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3659
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA,AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TOTHE MONTANA
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FOR A HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP
PROGRAM (HOME) GRANT ON BEHALF OF ACCESSIBLE SPACE, INC (ASI).
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is applying to the Montana Department of Commerce for a
HOME Investment Partnership Program Grant to construct one three-story, 17,000-square-foot building
containing 18 accessible dwelling units for rent to very low-income adults with physical disabilities; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman has conducted a public hearing as
part of the application process, to solicit and consider citizen comments on the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
Section 1
That the City of Bozeman agrees to conform with the regulations, statutes, terms and conditions
described in the HOME Certification for Application.
Section 2
That the Acting City Manager of the City of Bozeman is authorized to submit this application
to the Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of the City of Bozeman, to act on behalf of the City
of Bozeman, and to provide such additional information as may be required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 1 st day of March 2004.
