Billion Auto Plaza II Nissan Dealership SP #Z-10181 (Riley/Murray) 200 Automotive Avenue * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 9,569 sq. ft. Nissan Dealership with related site improvements in a new auto dealership Master Site Plan. 3. Wilde Room Addition CUP/COA #Z-10177 (Bristor/Johnson) 108 East Beall Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the expansion of a lawful, nonconforming use (residential) greater than 20% in the B-3 Zoning District. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 3. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. N.W.E. Southside Substation CUP/VAR #Z-10190 (Riley/Heaston) th Northwest of the intersection of South 11 Avenue and College Street * A Conditional Use Permit Application with Variances to allow modifications to the existing site including an expanded driveway and the construction of a new east side screening wall with related site improvements. 2. Kohl’s SP/COA #Z-10192 (Krueger/Murray) th 945 South 29 Avenue * A Site Plan with Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a 55,363 square foot retail building with related site improvements. ITEM 4. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. Bar IX Creek Patio CUP/COA #Z-10200 (Bristor/Heaston) 307-311 East Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the installation of a concrete patio/seating area within the required 35 foot watercourse setback and to allow the expansion of the sales of alcohol for on- premise consumption. 2. Bozeman Senior Center Bus Shelter COA/ADR #Z-10201 (Bristor/Johnson) 807 North Tracy Avenue * A Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the installation of a bus shelter on the Bozeman Senior Center property with related site improvements.
