* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 9,569 sq. ft. Nissan

* A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to

allow the installation of a concrete patio/seating area within the required 35 foot

* A Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the installation of a bus
shelter on the Bozeman Senior Center property with related site improvements.
