( "Assignor "), concerning a portion of the property located at 1632 Kenyon Drive, Bozeman, MT (such agreement, as it may have been amended, being referred to herein as the "Agreement") (MT08_Kenyo n/1 32©110424) Dear Sir or Madam: This firm represents Assignor, and we write to inform you that the above - referenced Agreement was assigned by Assignor to its affiliate Abraham Divestiture Company LLC ( "ADC ") and that the Agreement then was further assigned by ADC to an affiliate, Peach Acquisitions LLC ( "Assignee "). These assignments were effective as of dune 22, 2010 (the "Effective Date "). As a result of certain equity interest transfers occurring on the Effective Date, all equitu, interests in Assignee are now held by AT &T Xlobility 11 LLC.
