Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) Work Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2011 (Chris Naumann, Downtown Bozeman Partnership) *Consider a motion approving the BID Work Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2011. Hastings/Osco Shopping Center, Building "B" Certificate of Appropriateness Application No. Z08244B (Skelton) *Consider a motion approving the Hastings/Osco Shopping Center, Building “B” Certificate of Appropriateness application No. Z-08244B with the conditions and code provisions outlined in the staff report. Appointment to the Tree Advisory Board (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing one new member to the Tree Advisory Board. Appointment to the Downtown Bozeman Improvement District / Tax Increment Finance (IDB-TIF) Board (Kissel) *Consider a motion confirming the Mayoral appointment of one new non-voting member to the IDB-TIF Board.
