COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3699
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, PROVIDING FOR EXPANSION OF THE
PUBLIC TRANSIT
STAKEHOLDERS ADVISORY BOARD TO INCLUDE TWO ADDITIONAL EX-
OFFICIO MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, the Public Transit Stakeholders Advisory Board (hereinafter the "Board") was
created by an Interlocal Agreement approved by the Gallatin County Commission, Bozeman City
Commission and Belgrade City Council (hereinafter the "elective bodies"); and
WHEREAS, the Public Transit Stakeholders Advisory Board passed a resolution on April 13,
2004, recommending expansion of the Board; and
WHEREAS, Section 4 of said Interlocal Agreement permits the expansion of said Board by the
respective elective bodies; and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Board that said Board should be expanded by including
representatives of the Gallatin Development Corporation and the Bozeman School District.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following ex-officio members be added to the
Board:
A representative ofthe Gallatin Development Corporation, as designated by its board;
and
A representative of the Bozeman School District, as designated by its board or its
superintendent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular
session thereof held on the 6th day of July 2004.
