NWE East Gallatin Substation ZMA #Z-10157 (Riley/Johnson) 130 Bohart Lane * A Zone Map Amendment Application to change the urban zoning designation of R-S (Residential Suburban) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) on 7.713 acres. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 3. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. Hastings Building B Mods to COA/DEV #Z-08244A (Skelton/Murray) 1607 West Main Street * A request to modify condition two of a previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviation application that requires the applicant to replace the five existing service doors at the south façade of the existing structure with a commercial grade, full storefront door using darker anodized framing and tinted glazing. ITEM 4. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. JBL ZMA #Z-10164 (Bristor/Heaston) South of Village Crossing Way, North of East Main St., East of North Broadway Ave. * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) to B-2 (Community Business District) on 1.010 acres.
