as a Demolition by Neglect Ordinance, as well as training on Historic Preservation for the Commissioners (Kramer)

*Consider a motion approving the Regular Meeting Minutes for June 7, 2010 as submitted.

Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
Authorize City Manager to sign North Seventh Ave. Sidewalk Infill Public Access Easement with Van's IGA (Johnson)
Authorize City Manager to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement for North Seventh Right Of Way Preliminary Design (Johnson)
Approve Commission Resolution No. 4273, Authorizing City Manager to sign Change Order No. 1 for the North Seventh Sidewalk Infill Contract (Johnson)

1. Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 1786, Regulating the Use of Medical Marijuana (Sullivan)
*Consider a motion incorporating the Findings from the July 12, 2010 hearing on provisional adoption including all zoning related findings, and finally adopt Ordinance No. 1786 as amended
by the Commission during the provisional adoption on July 12, 2010.
2. Reappointment to the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board (Kissel)
*Consider a motion reappointing one member on the Beautification Advisory Board.
