The Gallatin Art Crossing 2010-11 Public Art Installation and Reception (Tate Chamberlain, Director of the Gallatin Art Crossing Public Art Program) 2. Update on City of Bozeman's Response and Actions resulting from the June 30th Hail Storm (Fontenot) F. Minutes – May 3, 2010, May 17, 2010 Regular Meetings, May 20, 2010 Policy Meeting, May 24, 2010 Regular Meeting and May 24, 2010 Executive Session Minutes. *Consider a motion approving the May 3, May 17 Regular Meetings, May 20 Policy Meeting, May 24 Regular Meeting, and May 24, 2010 Executive Session Minutes as submitted. G. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign and execute an Agreement and Release between the City of Bozeman and Pacific Hide & Fur Depot DBA Pacific Steel and Recycling (Pacific) for Proportional Share of Remedial Action Costs at CMC Asbestos Facility (Cooper) 3. Authorize City Manager to sign Notice of Award to Knife River for the North 7th Avenue Sidewalk Infill Construction Contract (Johnson) 4. Approve the Sub-Granting Process for the Save America’s Treasures Grant, Funding for the Main Street Historic District Restoration (Gauley) 6. Approve the Building Division Monthly Report for June 2010 (Risk) 7. Approve Buttrey's Solvent Site Cost Recovery in the amount of $5,474.62 (Cooper) 8. Approve a request from D & D Palmer LLC for a One Year Extension to the Woodhaven Village Planned Unit Development Final Site Plan No. Z- 07005 approval as allowed under Section 18.36.060.B.2 of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) (Riley) 9. Finally Adopt Ordinance No. 1789, Montana State University Residential Parking Annexation (Burns) 10. Finally Adopt Ordinance No. 1790 (as amended), An Ordinance for the Recreation/Extension of the Downtown Business Improvement District (Sullivan) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items G.1-10 as listed above. H. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. I. Special Presentation – Swearing In Ceremony of New Police Chief Ron Price (Kukulski) J. Mayor's State of the City Address (Mayor Krauss) K. Action Items 1. City of Bozeman Ethics Handbook (Sullivan) *Consider a motion to approve the newly drafted City of Bozeman Ethics Handbook as presented and recommended by the Board of Ethics and direct staff to disseminate the handbook to all City officers and employees including Citizen Advisory Board members and to make the handbook available to the Public. 2. Kohl’s Site Plan/Certificate of Appropriateness Application Appeal of Administrative Decision No.C-10002 (Krueger) *Consider a motion scheduling an Appeal Hearing for August 2, 2010 for the Kohl’s Site Plan/Certificate of Appropriateness Application Appeal of Administrative Decision No. C-10002. Provisional Adoption of Ordinance No. 1786 Regulating the Use of Medical Marijuana within the City of Bozeman (Sullivan) *Conduct a public hearing and after consideration of public testimony; *Consider a motion provisionally adopting Ordinance No. 178, and incorporate the staff findings in the Zoning Report as well as the Zoning Commission’s amendment of the distance separation for forced air vent discharge points and the option for mechanical filtration discussed on pages 4-5 of the staff memorandum. 4. Reappointment and Affirmations to the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) Board (Kissel) *Consider reappointing one member to the Downtown Business Improvement District Board (BID). AND *Consider a motion reaffirming the remainder of the Board members based on the final adoption of Ordinance No. 1790 which recreated the district. 5. Mayoral Appointment to the City Planning Board (Kissel) *Mayor Krauss considers the appointment of one member to the City Planning Board. 6. (Re)Appointments to the Library Board of Trustees (Kissel) *Mayor Krauss considers the re-appointment and/or appointment of two members to the Library Board of Trustees, with the advice and consent of the Commission. 7. (Re)appointments to the Parking Commission (Kissel) * Mayor Krauss considers the reappointment of one member to the Parking Commission, and appointment of one new member to the Parking Commission with the approval of the Commission. 8. Reappointment to the Tree Advisory Board (Kissel) *Consider a motion Reappointing Shelly Engler to the Tree Advisory Board. L. FYI/Discussion 1. Proposed Commission Packet Changes (Kukulski/Ulmen) M.
