* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 44,557 square foot
private school with related site improvements.
2. Petra Academy Master SP #Z-10135
(Krueger/Johnson)
West of Cottonwood Road, south of Bronken Park
* A Master Site Plan Application to allow the development of the school
campus in phases: phase I will include the construction of Theodore
Street, drive lanes, a soccer field, and the school with associate parking,
phases II and III will include classroom additions with associated parking,
and phase IV will include the construction of a field house/event center
and additional soccer fields. (Second of a two week review.)

(Note: the proposed parking lot is the vacant property two parcels to the

* A request for advice and comment on a Conditional Use Permit
Application to allow the establishment of small scale retail and personal
and convenience uses at the three building complexes existing on the site.
