ITEM 1.CALL TO ORDER ITEM 2. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Petra Academy SP #Z-10117 (Krueger/Johnson) West of Cottonwood Road, south of Bronken Park * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 44,557 square foot private school with related site improvements. 2. Petra Academy Master SP #Z-10135 (Krueger/Johnson) West of Cottonwood Road, south of Bronken Park * A Master Site Plan Application to allow the development of the school campus in phases: phase I will include the construction of Theodore Street, drive lanes, a soccer field, and the school with associate parking, phases II and III will include classroom additions with associated parking, and phase IV will include the construction of a field house/event center and additional soccer fields. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Williams Industrial Park MaSub Pre-App #P-10007 (Skelton/Johnson) th 2400 North 7 Avenue/133 Maus Lane * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 7.6 acres into 2 lots for M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) and 5 lots for M-2 (Manufacturing and Industrial District) development. ITEM 4. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Langhor’s Flowerland Parking COA/ADR INF #I-10010 (Riley/Heaston) 1736 West Babcock Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the installation of an additional parking lot and related site improvements for the existing th Langhor’s Flowerland building addressed at 102 South 19 Avenue. (Note: the proposed parking lot is the vacant property two parcels to the east of Langhor’s.) 2. Wallace Bottling Retail/Personal Svcs. Blanket CUP #Z-10124 (Bristor/Heaston) 802, 810, & 820 North Wallace Avenue * A request for advice and comment on a Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the establishment of small scale retail and personal and convenience uses at the three building complexes existing on the site.
