The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in the Commission Room, City Hall at 121 North
Rouse on. Monday May 10, 2010. Present were Mayor Jeff Krauss, Commissioner Cyndy
Andrus, Commissioner Sean Becker, Commissioner Chris Mehl, Commissioner Carson Taylor,
City Manager Chris Kukulski, Interim Planning Director Chris Saunders, City Attorney Greg
Sullivan and Deputy City Clerk Aimee Kissel.

A. Call to Order 3 p.m. Bus Tour around Bozeman, Montana
Leaving from City Hall, 121 North Rouse
B. Public Comment Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview
of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with
each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to
three minutes.

2010 Commission Community Tour Focusing on Commercial and Industrial
Development (Saunders)
Soon after meeting in the City Commission room, the City Commission, City Planning Board
members, City staff members, and members from the press left City Hall via a twenty-three seat
Streamline Bus. Interim Planning Director Saunders provided information and background on
commercial and industrial development along the route, prompting discussion by all present.
Adjournment
Mayor Krauss adjourned the meeting approximately 7:30 p.m.
