Brandner Annexation #A-10003 (Skelton/Johnson) 1118 Bridger Drive * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of .37 acres into the City. 3. Brandner ZMA #Z-10093 (Skelton/Johnson) 1118 Bridger Drive * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-2 (Residential Two-Household, Medium Density District) on .37 acres in conjunction with annexation. ITEM 3. INFORMAL REIVEW 1. Spring Creek Village Resort INFORMAL #I-10009 (Krueger/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Resort Drive and Huffine Lane * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the development of ~32 acres in three phases as a Planned Unit Development to provide for mixed use construction in conformance with the Urban Mixed Use (UMU) (Second of a two week review.)
