* An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of .37 acres into the
City.

* A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning
designation of R-2 (Residential Two-Household, Medium Density
District) on .37 acres in conjunction with annexation.

(Second of a two week review.)
