ORDINANCE NO. 1457
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE
CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by, the City
. Manager of the City of Bozeman, Montana, in accordance with the Employment Agreement
dated July 1, 1997, as amended by Amendment No.1, dated December 15, 1997, be as
follows:
Salary. $56,484.00 per annum/$4, 707.00 per month plus deferred compensation
Official Bond - $20,000.00
Section 2
That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of
January 1, 1998.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, on first reading at
a regular session thereof held on the 22nd day of December 1997.
