The Board of Ethics of the City of Bozeman met in the City Commission room, City Hall at 121 North Rouse on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Present were Board members Melissa Frost, Rodger McCormick and Stephen Schultz, as well as Deputy City Clerk Aimee Kissel. A. Meeting Called to Order Chairperson Melissa Frost called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. B. Public Comment Melissa Frost opened public comment. No person commented. Melissa Frost closed public comment. C. Disclosure of information or comments received. None. D. Discussion and/or decisions regarding draft of the ethics handbook. Melissa Frost Ms. Frost said she had re-worded the questions in track changes in the draft of the ethics handbook and e-mailed to Mr. Lachapelle. Paul Lachapelle and Greg Sullivan will meet soon to work on some of the details in the handbook. E. New Business F. Old Business I of 2 ® All board members are now set up with City e-mail addresses. No longer e-mail to personal e-mail accounts. 0 Add an e-mail tutorial on next agenda if still needed. • The board spoke regarding the City ethics webpage. Mr. Schultz said he would still like to be responsible for working on the details. • Meet on March 10"' if the draft handbook is ready for review. • Meetings can be cancelled if provided 48 to 72 hours notice. • Questions regarding future mock hearing under new business at next meeting. • At what point should we begin updating the new Commission about the board? Motion and Vote to adjourn the meeting. It was moved by Rodger McCormick, seconded b Stephen Schultz to adjourn the meeting. Those voting Ave being Rodger McCormick, Stephen Schultz, and Mel Frost.
