ORDINANCE NO. 1447
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY
JUDGE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY THE STATE STATUTES
AND THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1. That, pursuant to Section 2.28.040, Bozeman Municipal Code, the
monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by, the City Judge of Bozeman,
Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, be as follows, to wit:
Position Annual Salarv Monthlv Salarv Official Bond
City Judge $24,336.00 $2,028.00 $ 20,000.
(Converts to $93.60 per day, in accordance with Ordinance No. 1319)
Section 2. That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be
effective as of July 1, 1997.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular
session thereof held on the 18th day of August 1997.
