ORDINANCE NO. 1445
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY
MANAGER, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to. and the official bond to be given by. the
. heads of the departments. and the employees of the City Commission of Bozeman. Montana. for
the fiscal year ending June 30. 1998. be as follows. to wit:
Position Annual Salary Monthly Salary Official Bond
City Manager $53.484.00* $4.457.00 $ 20.000.
City Attorney $50.400.00* $4.200.00 $ 20.000.
Director of Public
Service (Works) $52.032.00 * $4.336.00 $ 20.000.
Administrative Services Director
(Director of Finance) $50.400.00* $4.200.00 $100.000.
Clerk of City Commission $31.680.00 * $2.640.00 $ 20.000.
* Plus deferred compensation.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds. as fixed by this ordinance. shall be effective
as of July 1. 1997.
. PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana. at a regular session
thereof held on the 4th day of August 1997.
