Evans ZMA #Z-10047 (Riley/Heaston) Southeast of intersection of Lincoln Street and South Rouse Avenue * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-1 (Residential, Single Household Low Density District) on 1.925 acres in conjunction with annexation. ITEM 3. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Gleason SHR Demo/Construction INFORMAL #I-10005 (Thorpe/Heaston) 320 North Montana Avenue * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the demolition of the existing single-family residence and the construction of a new single- family residence adjacent to Bozeman Creek with approximately the same footprint with related site improvements. 2. Nelson Investments Retail Building INFORMAL #I-10006 (Skelton/Johnson) th 411 North 7 Avenue * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the demolition of some of the existing buildings on site and the construction of a new retail structure with related site improvements.
