JANUARY 28, 2010 PROGRESS REPORT
This report covers the time period from August 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
The attached semi annual progress report prepared by our on -site construction
management team summarizes the current status of our BNR project work and
highlights the construction progress which has been completed to date. See attached
Construction Status Report.
Outlook Viability of Meeting Final Compliance Dates Very Good.
As the attached report outlines, our BNR project is currently about 35% complete and
the contractor is reasonably on schedule. To the best of our knowledge there are
currently no known delays or obstacles on the horizon which would prevent the City
from achieving the construction progress goals we identified in our previous report
dated August 28, 2009.
If you have any additional questions about this progress report please contact Tom
Adams, WRF Superintendent, City of Bozeman, or Craig Brawner at MMI Consulting
