SUBJECT: Approve Cancelling the April1, 2010 Policy Meeting and reschedule to
April 8, 2010 and approve Cancelling the May 6, 2010 Policy Meeting and
reschedule to May 20, 2010.
MEETING DATE: March 29, 2010
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Cancelling the April1, 2010 Policy Meeting and reschedule
it to April 8, 2010 and approve Cancelling the May 6, 2010 Policy
Meeting and reschedule to May 20, 2010.
BACKGROUND: It was discussed by the Commission and agreed upon during FYI on
Monday, March 22, 2010 to cancel the April 1, 2010 Policy meeting due
to Interviews and reschedule to April 8, 2010. The Commission also
agreed to cancel the May 6, 2010 Policy Meeting due to the Elected
Officials and Montana Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers Association
Institute in Billings and reschedule to May 20, 2010.
FISCAL EFFECTS: No impacts were identified.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
