SUBJECT: Approval of a Liquor License for Dave’s Sushi-Off Main to sell Beer &
Wine at 516 N Bozeman Ave.
MEETING DATE: March 22, 2010.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license for Dave’s Sushi-Off Main to sell Beer &
Wine at 516 N Bozeman Ave. They have complied with state laws and have received their
license from the State of Montana (#06-715-2903-402) good through June 30, 2010.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has an approval from the Montana Liquor Control
Board (#06-715-2903-402).
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
