Williams Industrial Park ZMA #Z-10037 (Krueger/Johnson) Maus Lane * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of M-2 (Manufacturing and Industrial District) on 4.254 acres in conjunction with annexation. 3. Hi Land Apartments SP/COA #Z-10029 (Skelton/Heaston) 1207 East Main Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a 12 unit apartment building with related site improvements. 4. Bridger Brewing Main Street Pub CUP #Z-10042 (Kramer) 241 East Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the on-premise consumption of beer and to allow the sale of beer for off-premise (Second of a two week review.) consumption. ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Evans ANNEXATION #A-10002 (Riley/Heaston) Southeast of the intersection of Lincoln Street and South Rouse Avenue * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 1.925 acres into the City of Bozeman. 2. Evans ZMA #Z-10047 (Riley/Heaston) Southeast of intersection of Lincoln Street and South Rouse Avenue * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-1 (Residential, Single Household Low Density District) on 1.925 acres in conjunction with annexation.
