subdivision as an R-4 (Residential High Density District).
2. Residential Emphasis Mixed Use ZCA #Z-09241

* A Zone Code Amendment Application to allow for the creation of a new,
Residential Emphasis Mixed Use zoning district designation within the
City of Bozeman.

in conjunction with annexation.

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the
construction of a 12 unit apartment building with related site
improvements.

* An Informal Application for advice and comment on the replacement of
80 single-family lots with a 22 acre community center parcel.
