Plat #P-10001 (Skelton/Murray) Cottonwood Road between Fowler Avenue and West Babcock Street * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 25 acres into an 8-lot subdivision with one B-1 (Neighborhood Business District) lot, four B-2 (Community Business District) lots, two common open space lots, and one lot for further subdivision as an R-4 (Residential High Density District). 2. Residential Emphasis Mixed Use ZCA #Z-09241 (Krueger/Johnson) City of Bozeman * A Zone Code Amendment Application to allow for the creation of a new, Residential Emphasis Mixed Use zoning district designation within the City of Bozeman. ITEM 3. ONE WEEK REVIEW 1. Mountain Express Quick Lube/Kmart Façade COA/ADR (Skelton/Heaston) th 1126 North 7 Avenue * A Certificate of Appropriateness Application to re-establish the existing auto repair shop at Kmart including a request to make exterior façade improvements for Mountain Express Quick Lube Plus. ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Williams Industrial Park ANNEX #A-10001 (Krueger/Johnson) Maus Lane * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 4.254 acres into the City. 2. Williams Industrial Park ZMA #Z-10037 (Krueger/Johnson) Maus Lane * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of M-2 (Manufacturing and Industrial District) on 4.254 acres in conjunction with annexation. 3. Hi Land Apartments SP/COA #Z-10029 (Skelton/Heaston) 1207 East Main Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a 12 unit apartment building with related site improvements. (OVER) 1 ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Bridger Brewing Main Street Pub CUP #Z-10042 (Kramer) 241 East Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the on-premise consumption of beer and to allow the sale of beer for off-premise (First of a two week review.) consumption. ITEM 6. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Safeway INFORMAL #I-10003 (Krueger/Johnson) 1735 West Main Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of a Safeway Grocery store and to permit a Deviation to increase the allowable amount of parking by 20%. 2. West Winds Community Center INFORMAL #I-10004 (Krueger/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Davis Lane and Baxter Lane * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the replacement of 80 single-family lots with a 22 acre community center parcel.
